“After a major Plano TX hail storm in March 2016, I contacted Vera Construction to provide a damage assessment and repair estimate for my property. They quickly arrived, completed the task and promised to work with my Insurance agent to complete the needed repairs. To my despair, the initial Insurance offer was quite short of the actual repair costs needed due to disputed damage claims, insurance deductibles, and policy damage exclusions.
